Why did you you delete the exact other thread? It was the exact same thing. So, i'll have to repeat my comments on your first post. The iPod Touch can be open source if you jailbreak it. Not only that but its open source app store(the one you can only get when you jailbreak it) is way larger than the N810's app store.
Not a very good point. Second the GPS on the N810 is really slow and you have to pay a large fee just to get basic turn by turn navigation.Its a much better deal to get a regular GPS. I agree the N810 is better than the iPod Touch. However a couple of your points are flawed.
Try commenting on the N810's stereo speakers, its larger, higher res screen, its physical qwerty keyboard, its built in mic, etc. All of those points are valid against the iPod Touch. I recommend re writing your article.
