After 4 days My N900 has few pixels missing, I mean they always show white colour.............

But after few days? I just wonder whether Nokia can exchange my N900

Bro wait until the phone is officially available to all retailers first. Send it in now will result in delay. You will suffer the wait. Just bare with it for a couple of month

take my advise, I am waiting for the pre-order to turn up too. Trust me you wont want to send it back just yet.

he should do it now to get a new unit!! if he waits he will get a refurb

I have 10 days but I wonder whether to send it back and order a new one, or tell them about the problem and ask for a new one/exchange?

I would definitely ask for a replace right now. Maybe you can ask them if you can keep your old phone until they're sure they have a new one to send you.

The dead pixels have been there since the panel was manufactured.

so the unit is not perfect plus, yes normal ok on a monitor thats 15" and up, but cum on the screen is small... plus just say the pixel is in middle and they must change it!!
