Mine is on Orange UK; what exactly do you need setting up? The only thing I haven't tested (yet) is outgoing email on the GPRS (so the orange smtp setting)

*Runs to check that now*

Tell me what setting you need and I'll look see what Mo has.

Edit: yes, that's working too. I got the SMTP off the interwebs somewhere.

OK:

Menu> settings> internet connections

Connection name: Orange Internet
Connection type: packet data

Next screen
Access point: orangeinternet
User: leave blank
password: leave blank
prompt password: unchecked

Finish

In the email: put your own incoming pop3 details for incoming but you will need to send out over Orange SMTP which is smtp.orange.co.uk Set that up to be used whenever your connection is Orange Internet (I use the broadband SMTP for outgoing from the wifi). Mails received still appear to have come from my domain email, so recipients don't know which connection I'm using.

Hope that helps!

@Venomrush - mine configured internet access without any trouble but I had to set up the email manually. And my experience of many years is that Orange Helpline know ... 'nothing'... about those sorts of settings.

Editing to suggest: can people on other networks post what settings they have too, in case others have problems with the data being pickd up from the sim. Then this thread could live up to its name and have all the UK data in one place.
