Xournal in extras-devel supports Sharing.
Use Pixelpipe sharing plugin to share to services that support PDFs or Evernote sharing plugin and you're done.

It does not do tagging of the files, unfortunately. (Same situation with that as the Sharing dialog: Nokia refuses to release the necessary files required for developers to utilize the the Tagging dialog. So, with libsharingdialog, I had to hack around and figure out the necessary code required for developers to utilize the dialog.)

You can upload to Tumblr from Pixelpipe without the @tumblr routing tag by setting Tumbr as a default upload at Pixelpipe. You can also set @tumblr in the N900 tag cache and upload to Tumblr by just touching the tag.
Petrovich also seems to be an alternative since they allow for sharing of any type of file from the N900 file system and we support upload of just about any type of file.

I took a screen shot. It meant I got the black bits round the outside, but it saved the doodle in jpg where I could tag it.
Looking down the road, it might be handy to be able to save sketch in jpg so you can tag it. For people who are actually good at drawing and all.

Sketch is the MS Paint equivalent of Maemo. It has never seen any feature updates since 2005.
