I often wonder why this isn't as common for all phones since this is not the only phone to have a front facing camer... with the N8x0's cameras why isnt this something that already just works

its because the front camera was/is being used for internet video calls, not 3g ones. I really hope they get it to work soon as in some situations a video call could save A LOT of time.
