Ok guys ive tried to get transmission to work but i cant, ive seen something about an additional repo? please help thanks

I'm pretty sure he's talking about transmission, the bittorrent client.
Sorry can't help, BT is nothing i'd need on my phone, that's what the sheevaplug is for...

worked for me straight from the repository. i believe its in extras

got it thru the repository via the app manager on the device. i think it was in extras, not extras-testing.

app manager rocks this linux noob's face off in regard to installing packages. i can think of maybe one or two apps out of 50+ that had dependency errors

on another note, transmission is using 100% of my cpu running a single torrent.

best forum to report bugs? here or in transmission's forum?
