Hey guys just to make a long story short. I screwed up my N770 so now i just want to reflash it. i have search and found a link but the directions on reflashing were confusing it least to me so if anyone can give me a step by step on reflashing that would be great.

In windows, its easy. Just get the software from the nokia site, and run it.

Which OS are you using to flash from? That will help narrow it down. First, Get the OS package from here:

http://maemo.org/downloads/nokia_770

Get SU-18_2006SE_2.2006.39-14_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin as this is the latest & greatest.

Then for Linux & OSX there are detailed instructions linked from this page:

Yeah i got it guys thanks a lot i saw it for linux thats why it was so weird i guess. I got it from Nokia and now its back and running. So for those who want to reflash just go to the nokia site, everything you need is on it.
