This "_", because if you wnat to log in in the msn or facebook for example you are screwed.
How do you do it?

blue key then the letter g. you can also hold blue key then press letter g

that should be blue arrow and L. so what does blue arrow and L give?

according to pics, should it be shift and F for underscore? G is a hypon, and L is an exclamation mark....??

US Qwerty keyboard is Fn-g for underscore, Fn-f for hyphen. Maybe you switched your keyboard locale?

Go into Settings-> Text Input

Mine is set to "English, Nederlands" in Hardware Keyboard Layout, bizarrely enough, but it works.
