CalendAr. Not calendEr.
Now, I know, this isn't English class, but you really don't come across as too bright when you can't even properly spell a common word.

the only way i can get a birthday cake to appear on the calender is by adding the kids into my contacts with date of births which isn't really the best way around this.

when using calender on N900 if your contact has a date of birth set in the contact area a little birthday cake appears on the calender as an icon for their birthday.
How about for the kiddies .... i have kids and nephews and nieces and friends kids whose birthdays i have to remember so add them to my calender .... the only way i can get a birthday cake to appear on the calender is by adding the kids into my contacts with date of births which isn't really the best way around this.
does anyone know how to get a cake icon as a selection when adding birthdays into calender alone or is this another thing that we should notify maemo/nokia of for upgrade in a firmware update????
