Since the N800 is out, it seems that the N770 will have no future support.

It would really help you to read more of the posts here before dropping bombs.

Yeah, but it's quicker to drop hyperbole bombs, bud.

Oh, seriously: great work man. You are truly a treasure here.

Posts like these are getting so lame now it's untrue. Why not find out the real facts, digest them and move on before posting this FUD?

However I guess we'll get these for another week or so - every now and again someone will wake up, (mis)read an out of date article on the web about the 770 then fire off an ill informed and angst ridden post to ITT. "We're all DOOMED! DOOMED I TELL YE!"

Yawn.

Can a mod/admin close this thread? Better still, create a sub-forum called FUD and file it in there.

Okay... Don't hold your breath but be pleasantly surprised when the updates DO come. Granted all of IT2007 won't be back-ported, but don't think you're dead in the water. Patience is a virtue, my friend.

You're so right! Better try to get rid of it as soon as possible. Of course, such an unsupported device won't earn you a fortune on ebay

I'm a friendly person, though... Why don't you send me your 770? I'll pay $20 for it... nostalgia, you know. (You pay for the shipping though.)

Hey I'll give you $30 for 770 but shipping to me is going to cost somewhere above $25
