Beside manually entering the cell number, is there a way to save sms contact number to create a new contact?

the old nokia phones has this feature.

Hi tangigi. Yes, you can create a new contact or merge the number to an existing contact. All you have to do is open the sms and click on the blue little guy (the default image for every unknown contact). A popup will appear asking for what to do (call him, add him to new contact, merge him, etc). Hope this helps, if having trouble just ask.

yeah u tap and hold down the sms contact number and it will bring up a field
