yes it is - theres about 15 posts active with the same question - my copy and paste buttons are burning up - lol....

There was a system / server upgrade on maemo.org - and it's had a few problems
(Sorry - edit, most of the posts are about repositories being down - but the tablets hardware was also updated)

double edit - QT site is also down - well one of them.. hmmm maybe i be wrong?!?! - new problem?!?!

lol, sorry i didn't realise the actual nokia site was down i thought the posts were about the repositories. anyway, looks like another wait-and-see ... btw, does anyone have the bin file of the uk PR1.1 FW?

What do you think about if Nokia provided different firmwares by Magnet URL scheme / torrents. Off course they should have couple of servers sharing fw from different networks around world, but that should not be problem for company like this. Would go hand to hand with idea of community.

On the another hand itīs also possible to make already used servers more reliable. I just think that sitsuation right now is quite risky when people are providing fw trought e.g. megaupload.

Problems with torrents: Security risk? User error by choosing wrong FW link. What else?
