all my folders just switched to read only now i can't delete or amend my folders, help me please i am confuzzled

Can you please tell me how you get to your folders in the first place. Please! I only know how to view the main folders (Images, Camera, Audio Clips, etc)

The folders directly within /home/user, or those in /home/user/MyDocs?

If its MyDocs thats readonly, its fixable using the Jeromeo's link.
If its the RootFS thats readonly(I.e. can't install apps, no settings are saved past reboot if at all), that requires a reflash or restore from backup(if you have a backup image).

See my comment - use TestDisk, this contains all commands needed to recover, even a vastly more corrupted file system.
