I'm using gmail thru Nokia messaging. When I reply to an email the default signature says 'Sent from my mobile computer using Nokia Messaging'. Is there a way to change the default instead of having to manually edit it every time?

Ok, I finally found it. It was actually a setting for the account, you can set different signatures for different accounts you have set up.

I also have that problem. Not only is it on one line, it's in grey (or gray if you're American) and not black.

I found I could fix it by inserting '<br>' at the end of each line. However, that doesn't fix the colour (or color) issue.

Hopefully Nokia will come up with a fix soon.

I've just updated to PR.1.2 and notice the same gray characters on replies. Whereas this is something that I can understand as I'm used to the Outlook default blue when replying, what bugs me is that it doesn't keep the formatting of my customized signatures from the email accounts. It seems to transform lines into spaces and I end up having a string of words instead of paragraph like standard signatures... Delete, saved again... no changes... any ideas on how to fix this?

As for the gray, just select the text and make it whatever color you want form the bottom right color text editor button. I've sent an email after changing the color and it kept my previous settings - now it's all black, apart from the signature of course...

I forgot to mention, this applies to the built in messaging settings as email accounts setup there are much more reliable than the Nokia Messaging app that has constant issues in synchronizing received and most often sent emails.

The concept of the Nokia Messaging is very good, but it never really worked properly... Even on my old E71 I had to use, the built in app for my intensive emails. In all honesty though, the home screen widgets and the options available, besides stability - do make it the best option (for me at least).

I seriously don't know what the problem is... It's been exactly a week and my signature doesn't save and doesn't work anymore. I don't what else to do. It's pretty pathetic though...

Edit: I figured out what MY problem was (yours may differ). I used an apostrophe in my signature. I thought maybe there was a character limit but all of mine were smaller than the default sig which has 45 characters.
