hi all I am a noob new to the forum.

I have been trying to make sip calls but getting the 503 service unavailable error from my provider. turns out my n900 always advertise the port 7078 in the INVITE packet which my service provider doesnt like...

m=audio 7078 RTP/AVP 8 18 100 101 102

a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000
a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000
a=rtpmap:100 DV/90000
a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000

dont know if this has been brought up before but any (easy) way to change the port to something else please???

its seems like there no way.
at work via my own asterisk i solve it by enebling "reinvite" in asterisk for this extension.
check at your SIP ISP support, maybe you will get reinvite permission
