I think free ovi map navigation and flash 10 would be installed with the update PR1.2.

Can we merge this with the other thread with almost the exact same title?

hi urmybaby,

The response above mine is referring to this thread:
http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...&highlight=1.2

There are currently only speculations, and perhaps we should keep our expectations low, as Nokia is currently keeping a radio silence regarding any future plans for the N900, including its firmware updates.

First you'll probably hear about it is when they release it to the beta testers (like they did last time).

...indeed - it's very quite at the moment. Even the "internal guys" here in the forum are quite. And I think they have to be :-(.
We will see - still I think that the N900 will have a great future if - yes if - Nokia takes the whole road down.

Hmmm wouldn't place a bet knowing previous releases!

I'm confused but, isn't the navigation already there Ovi Maps and it's free?

Flash 10.1 hardware acceleration would be my one wish and it seems to be about the right time to coincide with Adobe, one can hope
