It's an RGB LED. 255 steps per R, G and B. . . .

if it' possible I would be very happy with a little guide too, mixing nearly every color answer still leaves me 'hanging' with nothing.

And yes I've changed and tried the led color change too, but can only get a pink and a purple one (in that range) but if I read this there are more?

False ! is not 16M colors led
you can't get color like 30 % red, 65 % green, 80 % blue cause there are only 2 engines for controlling brigthness, even for static color
you can mix 2 leds on first channel and one on second ( 3 combinations 2-1 like rg-B ; rb-G ; bg-R ) , rgb or RGB result white color
finaly we have 255 steps of white ( grayscale ) + 255 of each primary color + 3 x 255 steps of 2 color combination ( purple, yellow, cyan ) + 3 x 255 x 255 steps ( colors ) of 2-1 combinations. - 255 ( white on 2-1 situation )

~ 196 k colors

if you don't asume 25% red and 75% red as diferent colors there are only few colors like white, red, green, yellow ( R + G ), magenta ( R + B ), cyan ( G + B ) and 190 K variations of white like
cause Ex : 25% red + 25% green on first engine + 80% blue on second engine will result 25% white + 55% blue = aqua

don't be so fussy... ^^

(first: i wish you a lot of fun if you want to test all of the colors which are possible with a rgb-led.
second: the human eye can't even tell a difference on most of the colors.
third: that's why i wrote "nearly" and "want")

~ 196 k colors
that are far more colors as we ever would need for mixing... ^^

Yes (ofcourse) but still

I did get the Red, Blue, Green and Orange one too, but would like a range of red/pink/oranges....

and would like to know if I am doing something wrong or that there are no more colors I can mix (and tell the difference).
