Could you explain me relations between
maemo.org
internettablettalk.com
maemotalk.com

as discussions from maemo.org appear on the 2 other web sites

I mean if website of maemo.org is legally binded to 2 other websites, claiming copyrights.

Under WIPO, copyrights of posters to maemo.org are protected,
so any interlinking to commercial web sites is subject to legal contract.

May I suggest reading the Terms of Use, Contribution Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

In other words, you don't have a case.

hint:
read definition of "Contribution" by Nokia

Nokia protects copyrights of those sending any message to this forum (not covered by Contribution) under WIPO.
So any transfer of private messages from this forum to another Forum is subject to agreement.

Are you suggesting all the 3 forums below are property of Nokia ?

maemo.org is a rebranding of ITT.
The other sites have not shut down. They are all really the same site.
