hi
i want to install tor on my n900
i've read this: https://www.torproject.org/docs/N900

now because it comes from extra-devel repo,it will install on the rootfs. is there any way to install in in another place??

The following packages have unmet dependencies.
tor: Depends: libevent-1.4-2 (>= 1.4.13-stable) but it is not installable
torchat: Depends: python-socksipy but it is not installable
Depends: python-wxgtk2.8 but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

I also tried a lot 2 months back. But I failed to install... Any help friends? Or is there any alternate app?

hi rzr
i installed tor , libevent , tsocks
i run tor but error and cant access the 9050 port
but i edit /etc/tor/torrc AND edited port to 35911
again runed the tor , and it runed without any error

i check the tor server staus site and my N9 connected to the tor server

now how i can use the tor ? n900 has this app ( onion router )

the alternative is you work and release one instead...
