I am thinking of starting a local Maemo website for Turkey. I'll mostly share HowTo documents, News, Maybe Repository etc. And I have some questions:
1) Is it better to start it as something like Maemo-Turkey or MeeGo-Turkey?
2) Is Maemo.org source open? It already has most of tools i need, like its own Planet, Downloads page, Forums, News and Wiki.
3) If it's not (*sad*) do you have any CMS suggestion? I dont like Joomla much, btw.
