I was listening to usual Bollywood songs using headset (WH-205). In between, I removed head set for adjusting properly and again put it back to device.
By mistake, I did not insert jack inside the device properly. Still there was approx. 1 mm - 1.5 mm to be pushed. After this, media player was playing songs with vocal muted (not completely)..Initially I thought something wrong with media player and 2-3 times I rebooted device. (What a fool I am..!!!).
Later on, I realised that I did not put the jack properly. But, I could now listen karaoke of songs with vocal muted. Vocal is not completely muted but result is similar to some of free softwares (AnalogX) which generate karaoke.
Tried this on few of the songs and this trick worked. There is no way we can store that karaoke in same device (offcourse)..may be somebody can try recording that karaoke songs by connecting output from device to sound recorder.
You will have to adjust headset jack little bit to get this effect. This trick will not work for all the songs..it depends upon how vocal is recorded in that song. This trick did not work with my other mobile and ipod for the same songs.
