Documents to Go crashes before it opens. I have a new N900 and installed Documents to Go viewer. It worked for the first time as it opened fine and prompted for an activation/buy the product. The purchase did not happen completely as the GPRS disconnected. Now the application does not open at all and keeps crashes once clicking on the app.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the application but still the same. Can anyone help as could not find any help on dataviz site?

What happens if you try to run it from the Terminal? (Problem: I don't know what command to type to run it). Some apps may give a bit of debugging info if launched from the Terminal.

I am just the begginer level using the xterm, I ran command "SheetToGo" or "WordToGo" to launch the application. It opens a new window for the application and craches that very instance.
Is there any other debug command I can use?
