Recently I've used PC Suite to create a backup, but some files are missing.

Today MyDocs partition has been corrupted, and when restored files from backup, all preloaded information, like musics, images, ringtones, has not been restored.

How to restore preloaded files, directories, etc. ?

Preloaded? you mean factory setting of the Vfat??

Yes. I lose for example that factory musics...

There is a way to extract content from RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin without reflash eMMC?

Sure, on a Linux box:

$ flasher-3.5 -F RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin -u
$ mkdir emmc
# mount -t vfat -o loop mmc emmc/

Why 'backup' utility from Nokia PC Suite don't copy files from hidden folders, like .sounds, .videos?

Successfully restored, thanks Ima!!!

Living and learning... Just need to know now what files is safe when using backup utility from PC Suite... Because anything in .images, .videos, .sounds were not restored.

I had 5 days old backup file that don't have my recent files... But, I was able to recover many recent data using fsck. I just need to re-organize filenames now - this is the easy side.

I will try to change the filesystem from MMC, I hope that Maemo recognize it... Anyone tried it?
