I was developing one, but didn't continue after my phone was stolen. Got a new one on monday, so maybe I'll continue. A basic clock is quite trivial to implement.

This would be really useful! A pause function is essential for any smoking / pizza breaks though

for just simple timing you can use one of the several countdown apps. But I think some kind of tournament manager would be really great with features like blind levels, odds calculator ...

My WMWare was so screwed that spent couple of evenings before got it running. Got some progress with this one, initial features would be the following. Not all implemented yet though.

* Few different blind / ante structures (suggestions needed for good home game structures...)
* Adjustable level length
* Alert tone when moving to next level
* Configurable backlight, e.g. light up screen every 5 minutes + when level changes
* Pause running tournament
* Tournament screen contains minutes left on current level and blinds+ante for current and next level.

New ideas are welcome, I've got some also...

* Blind structures loaded from XML files, makes adding new structures easy (currently hardcoded)
* Saving tournament to be continued later
* Player information and tournament statistics
* User configurable audio, e.g. "Shuffle up and deal!" when tournament starts and "The price of poker is going up" by Mike Sexton when blinds increase. For latter it would be nice to have multiple audio tracks which would be randomized. I don't want to put this kind of stuff inside the package because of copyright issues.
* Some other which I can't remember...

hi, thanks for your input, i will look into it and try post up some blind structures.
we have varied every game so far tho, trying to refine it.
playing for real is massively different from online play due to the time taken for collecting, shuffling and dealing the cards.

here are a couple of examples, personally we try and stay away from using chips with a lower denomination than "10" tho, so no "5"s in the structure would be good.

ideally the clock would be fully configurable, allowing the user to alter the amounts and timings of each level.
