I am hoping this is a straightforward question.

Is there a simple way to export/back-up SMS messages? I accrue a very large number during the course of my work, most of which I need to keep for archive purposes.

I have started getting a warning symbol over some users - not that I know what that means - but as there are thousands of messages on my phone I thought a clean-up would be sensible.

Advice appreciated...
