When i'm updating my Nokia N900 to Latest Firmware RX-51_2009SE_3.2010.02-8.0... Can anyone tell me why i'm getting this error........

Possible corrupted download. Did you check the md5sum (not size,not name)? There is a MD5SUMS document on the download page to compare the checksum for your download.
There are some md5sum applications for each pc-platform or the command md5sum in linux.
