you should search before asking simple questions

anything below 800x480 should be fine....for that screensize, I keep the bitrate between 500-850. 
Choices are MP4 / WMV / FLV / AVI
Video resolution 720 OK?
Just before I start ripping and having to do it a few times to get it right, someone will give the best options
