Check this thread: how do you edit the internet radio list
It appears the list is an sqlite database. Not sure if it is easier to just delete one at time unless you know SQL. Good luck!

My n900 came with a mile long list off pre-saved favorites and i would like to remove most of them. allthough, not one by one as i would have to doing it via the list.
