i didn't use my n900 for 1month, and know i don't know why but flash videos are too slow. i have 1 picture/sec... but the sound keep running and is quite fine (with some artifacts)...
when the sound band finish the video speed up a little...
before everything was good! youtube, vimeo, megavideo, was excelent....
what append?
have you got the same problem?? is it a new standart of video?? or is it my device?
i have just flashed my device emmc + firmware, and no extra apps...
thank you

For youtube you have to set "i Have a slow bitrate" in options otherwise, even the lowest resolution will be still too high for the n900

I had the same problem, and sometimes the video would not play at all. In my case, it seems to have been caused by me moving the microB engine from /usr/share/ to /home/opt to free up space in rootfs. After I moved it back, flash videos played smoothly in the browser again.
I guess the reason is that rootfs is on a different chip that is probably faster than the /home chip.
