Thank you very much, this was really helpful, but unfortunately i messed up with the widget settings and now the screen locks all the time..i've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again to reconfigure the widget but it seems that uninstalling doesn't remove settings i've made..so the screen keeps locking before i go on reconfiguring..tried using GPE file manager to access the rootfs and find the setting file to delete it but with no success...would be greatfull for any help...

After uninstalling command widget did you remove the .desktopcommandexecutionwidget file from /home/user? It may be a hidden file.

I know about this bug. Just update DCEW to the newest version in -devel.
And please use the complete scripts from http://wiki.maemo.org/Desktop_Comman...Widget_scripts
