P.S - Ive noticed some folks having issues with wlan on their n900. Specifically, the phone would seemingly connect to the network fine, but no actual throughput(?) is happening. If you disable PSM, then it'll fix this. (Settings -> Internet Connections, Edit wlan connection, last tab; select advance button; select others tab)

@Venemo: I know this sounds silly, but make sure you actually save the settings. When I had initially done it; i selected PSM off, and then pressed OK. However it didnt save the actual change; and you can confirm that it has said this by a notice saying something along the lines of 'Settings changed. Reconnecting..'
I've recently acquired a N900, and was playing with PR1.1 up until the recent RC leak was released. I updated using the standard flasher, and all is well, bar two things:
1. My menu no longer has the 'More' folder (that used to house some default programs + everything downloaded via the app manager)
2. When starting with a new sentence, I can no longer just hold the shift button to not make the first character a capital.
Many thanks
