Multimedia player lost 90% of my songs and videos. Widgets disappeared off my desktops. Don't know what happened. I didn't install anything or uninstall. Just transferred a video and some music to the device.
I used the forum to find how to clear the music library. Shut it down. Took out the battery. Booted back up. Songs were loaded. Videos were loaded. But now, the thing says,'' Unable to play media file. Copyright protected.''
