I was trying to clean my root memory, and i got this link

everything was ok until i saw:

You can just delete these files, this is just a list with ideas! You have to know what you are going to do with them (optify, backup+remove, etc.).

so yes im so stupid that i erease the file and then i realize how stupid i was i reset the device to check what have i done, and i saw my sad reality... can some one helpme???? pls???

plus i had no backup is there any way that i can do a restore of some how??? like in symbian presing a code??? pls tell me it is.. i cant open anything

what are those files? you can try to recover them with testdisk, hoping that install it won't overwrite those files.
If these files are the same for everyone, someone could send you them.

can you please tell us the exact version of you software... check it in Settings->System Informations (or something like that)

so far everything works except for the app that shows the space on the disks, and that everything has a weird name... please help...

ok thnx i already flash my phone now the thing is i didit according the wiki here but i didnt flash the emmc cus it says that we r not supouse to, is this ok? or not? i dont have apps though so i assume that i will have 2 install them all even when the apps (i guess) r in the memory is this correct? should i flash the emmc too? i dont have a contacts backup...

I have never had to flash emmc and I have done some dumb stuff too.

Try it first before going through that. It sounds like the files or directories you deleted will be reinstalled with a plain ol' vanilla flash. You should be fine.

And by the way, after you are up and running again. Stick around on this forum will ya? Maybe you could help the next person who joins when they need help.

Have fun and enjoy a phone that you can hack to death and then bring back to life rather easily. With out having to know a secret handshake or by joining a 'leat forum or suttin'
