It's not a direct version for the N900, but I play the Game Boy Advance version of Scrabble using the VGBA emulator.

It's a very good version and satisfies my Scrabble addiction!

I used to carry my Game Boy Aadvance around, specifically to play Scrabble, but now I don't have to.

I bought a palm package with both scrabble and monopoly back in the days of my T3. They both work fine on the GarnetVM. I haven't tried the GBA version of Scrabble, but the palm version is pretty good in that:
- The emulator seems to be fairly efficient cause playing full pass n' play games with friends is possible without having to charge (have taken over 6 hours of play)
- It supports use of the stylus--HUGE for usability!

Problems are:
- The built in dict is ospd3, not sow.
- It's designed for a 320x320 screen, so it doesn't make great use os the screen realstate. 320x480 would have been better.

Other alternatives:
- Crossword for garnet. I haven't tried it, but there's a good, brief comparison written up: http://www.tucsonscrabble.com/articles/palm.html. It also talks about other palm must haves for a true scrabble lover.
- The android version supposedly rocks, especially in how it zooms in and out intelligently to make direct finger play easy. You could test that on nitdroid if someone else hasn't already.

If you do a Google search for different scrabble application than you should be able to find alternative places to download it, possibly free on other sites. I played in two online sites and scored 200 points which is a respectful score for me.

The Gameboy Color version is much better than the one for GBA.

I actually bought that cartridge a total of 4 times overseas.

Also, Conundrum for it is still one of my all time favorite games.

Right now, I would love to know of a good website that doesn't require Java.

There's supposed to be some really good Telnet sites. Does anyone know if they still exist?
