can anybody write some good step by step plan to install this (with dual boot?)

you probably don't want it if you have to ask for a step by step guide

I've been a system administrator for years so I'm not that worried for command line...
and probably I get comments now, yes fine ok, I was just looking for a quick step plan... sorry for asking

Why don't you write it and create a page in the wiki for it? That would be the community minded thing to do.
