Does anyone know where to find a headphone adapter that will convert from the 3pin 3.5mm jack on the n800 to a cellphone 3pin 2.5mm.

The cellphone headset I have is stero and has a mic with a dial button.

It would be convenient to just carry a single headset for my phone and tablet.

Thanks

SD

Maplin will sort you out.

EDIT1: Maybe not, that's just a stereo adapter....

EDIT2: This may be what you are after, but it looks identical to the "stereo" Maplin item. I also stumbled upon this thread which has a useful link (if you're in the US) to a page chock full of headset adapters.

tried looking at radio shack's website, but didnt find any. you may want to check a local electronics store, as such.

What I'm looking for is the reverse of the Milhouse's second link. I want to find a male 3pin 3.5mm to a female 3pin 2.5mm adapter. That way I can use the cellphone headset on the Nokia and not the other way around.

This is assuming that the n800 is a 3.5mm plug which is what I'm guessing it is.

I've been searching on google for this but I'm not even sure anyone makes that particular gender/size adapter.

EDIT: I found this but it's stereo only not stereo+mic

EDIT2: Even closer
