Why we do not see any applications that covers World Cup 2010 just like other phones Symbian. iPhone and Android
the program that features regular live updates
I think N900 is good phone but applications still far from what we need
that is why iPhone is the best

Thanks, I know it has some way to go. give me a list of 'must' improvements, and I'll see what I can do .

Live event notfications, calendar integration and handling of the knock-out stages are the top priorities at the moment, but I'm open to more suggestions! Maybe links to team info? Can you suggest some such links?

Btw, the app will be known as MobiTifo sooner rather than later.

You could try the Queen Beecon World Cup widget - if it's not pretty enough for you then maybe just edit the background files.

not really an app but useful....if you go to the bbc link and select download the worldcup fixtures v1.0 at the top of the page it will put all the fixtures with kick off times and were played into the n900 calendar

you can either save the file or just select open.
