So I clicked on 'Auto-Install' on the top right tab of https://garage.maemo.org/projects/rdesktop/

Then I received this error:

I have this version of Maemo installed:

Does this mean this application is still too early in development?

No i have been using it for months now. Maybe PR 1.2 has broken something or you are missing some dependencies.

Can you try installing it from the repos instead? I think it's in extras or devel dont remember.

You're correct. I installed the correct repositories and it was there.

FYI, I installed the extras-devel described below
