Is it just me, or do the n800 cases on eBay right now look really poor fitting? From the pictures, it seems like they are copying (stealing?) the PDAir designs, yet the pictures make the leather look baggy.

Has anybody recieved their PDAir or Proporta cases yet? I just got my N800 recently, so I'm still looking for a case.

The Proporta cases are out of stock and should be shipping tomorrow. I am sure that some thread will pop up soon about those.

It isn't just you: the cases look horrible too.

I received my PDAIR case today (book style), and it fits fine. It also looks very classy. The cut out on the back for the stylus is a nice feature. You can use the N800 while it is in the case.

I just received PDair book-type cover today. It fits like a glove. Leather and seams are made well. It ships from Hong Kong so it takes a little longer. Customer service was responsible, they emailed me to tell me of a shipping delay due to Easter public holiday.

I doubt anyone is stealing anything. PDAir probably just orders cases from the same manufacture as other people selling stuff on ebay.

I received my PDAir case today as well, and it is pretty nice. My only minor gripe is that you can't use the stand while it is in the case, but other than that it is a nice fit.

I picked up one of the same silicone-style cases they're selling on eBay and was amazed at how well it fit. It is very thick and sturdy, and the slots for the stylus, charger, camera, microphone, and headphones line up perfectly. For roughly $6.00 (including shipping) I was astounded, and no, I'm not affiliated with anybody selling these cases. See here (I got the black model, which is a very dark, matte black): http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...em=17009390302
There are a couple bonuses as well, starting with the fact that the silicone case will not suddenly slide out of a shirt pocket. It has a very "grippy" feel to it and leaning over to pick something is not going to cause it to slip unless you're wearing a teflon shirt The other benefit is that the zoom/fullscreen/power buttons protrude out further and have defined edges on them (including icons on top), making it much easier to differentiate between them. As others have mentioned, the stand cannot be flipped out (thus no USB) with the case on. I rarely use the USB port and due to the texture of the case it's possible to prop it up easily and it won't slide like the 770 did.

It's not perfect, but trust me, it looks a lot nicer than the pictures for the auction (which look like cheap, generic game consoles).
