i don't know what nitdroid has to do with it but you can try using tracker cfg to exclude everything you don't want

tracker-processes -r
Clears the cache and re indexes the media files. That might fix it for you but to be honest I have no clue why your media player is picking up all the sound files. Try it anyway wont harm your device.

I haven't tried it myself, (I'm editing the config file myself using a ssh client) but tracker-cfg might help you.
Don't forget the standard warnings and search for bug reports before you use anything from extra devel.

Edit this file: /home/user/.config/tracker/tracker.cfg
Add the dir where Nitdroid is to the "NoWatchDir"

ok tnx guys , right now, im gettin tracker-cfg
so the media player grabs all the sound files.
like the email messeges sounds, the sms sounds,and i extracted angrybirds and now all that sound files all in the mediaplayer.
now i installed nitdroid and suddenly i have 488 music files and 96 of them are actually music files, so i need really big help,
PS. THIS IS FOR N900
