Hey Guys,

Just a quick one,
I drive a lot and use my N900 to listen to music (Car lacks 3.5m Jack) but having to press the Touch Screen during driving is incredibly distracting (and also slightly dangerous)

Would it be Possible to make an applet or script that changes the volume hard keys to be used as a Last/Next song key when certain screens are shown? notably:
- Music Player
- Sygic (and other GPS Mapping Applications)

This way people who drive long periods can change their song using hard keys even whilst using Sygic for example.

Just thought of this while driving, the less presses/work it takes to change a song, the safer it is to use whilst in the car.

this option is in "someplayer" but the soft is slow and the gui is hardcore !

I think that could be a good idea for the future open mediaplayer.

for the mediaplayer you can also use shake2control

or you can try someplayer it uses the volume keys to switch songs.
