I have come from an android phone and there is an excellent app called Record it which allows you to remotely set your sky plus / sky hd box to schedule record programs ... there is a web based system but this is unusable .. the record it app is excellent and very easy to use

can anyone develop a program for the n900 ??? should it be developed ??? would people use it ???

The voting didn't quite work as expected please use yes / no buttons
Ie should it be developed

I use such an app on my N95, would love it on my N900.

There is an app that does this on the n900 already it's called Showtime. The only problem is it is a little bit arkward to use at first and it wotks by sending SMS messages to SKY. (Which costs £.)

A dedicated app (like SKY+ on my ipod touch) would be fantastic.
