10.2010.19-1 is PR 1.2
This looks (to me) more like some custom image of PR 1.2 (than official image).
You need to login anyway :P

Downloads are .exe files... Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Its pr1.2 no idea what the v11.0 is all about though
lower down the page there is also v0.7-v10.0
If it was a real firmware update for the N900 it would have been announced on here and by nokia.
If you fancy risking flashing it
i would be curious to see what it actualy does, but not any where near curious enough to flash it myself
