Hey guys, i just want to know if it is possible to get Ampache working or if anyone has tried Ampache on the N900 with LigHTTPd. Also i think it will be very cool to have the Ampache mobile client ported to Maemo. Regards

Why not give it a try yourself sir? : )
It's written in PHP so no porting necessary. Getting it to run would be quite easy - just install all the PHP stuff, mysql, and obviously lighttpd. Last I checked PHP wasn't optified, used bunches of rootfs.
Then you could let us know how it goes and gain some good karma.
