what i would add/change
1. all firmware´s have finnish language preinstalled (like english)
2. more money into battery research
3. more money for nokia employees
4. more holidays for nokia empoyees
5. mercedes ML55 AMG

- Give the Linux team (OSSO/Maemo Devices/whatever they're called this week) all the support they need to do their stuff, and then some. The constant theme whenever something is WONTFIXed, unsupported etc is "we don't have enough resources". If Linux is what's going to save the company don't make those guys work with one hand tied behind their back, just saying.
- Stop obsessing with the phone form factor to the point of tunnel vision. The internet tablet device class experiment was not a failure: just compare N8x0 / N900 customer satisfaction, notice how others have copied the best bits from it and how everyone is now looking at (unpocketable and unwieldy) "tablets" again.
- A good UI starts and ends with the physical interface (screen and keyboard). Just because nearly everyone else is screwing this up doesn't mean you have to castrate yours to match.
- Symbian's dead, get over it and move on. The OS just doesn't have enough mindshare to support long-term continued development, and if you're only using it to run Qt apps on top what's the point?
- Oh, and fix the email client already! ;-)

I will make all Nokia employees, including myself, available through TMO.
I will make all Nokia customers register a TMO account as part of the phone\MOBILE COMPUTER activation process.

Disclaimer: above idea is mine, if it happened one day TMO used google adsense then i need my share.
Right, a game if anyone is interested.
With 5 bullet points explain what direction you would push Nokia in, issues you would focus on etc., IF you were the CEO.
I'll start us off with mine..
* Customer Support.
* Product Delivery Efficiency [no bloody delays!].
* Introduce pay by mobile technology into all phones.
* Creat partnerships & endorsements w/ technology companies so Nokia phones can power those products exclusively, i.e home automation, TV remote controls etc.
* Create 4" slider that detaches into two sections a la Ocosmos OCS-9 and before that NTT DotComo - why? I'm not sure, I just like the idea.
