No. don't do it. I say wait for n9 or go for droid2 or maybe SE x10 mini pro if you want a small phone.

Yes wait at least until N9 is out and then deside. The N9 should be smooth as this is the maemo step to mainstream, and they usualy desire more smoothness then the hackers.

I say why not, if you're used to symbian then yes, if not then I don't know.. I'm personally getting the N8 because of it's amazing camera and I am going to give Symbian^3 a shot as I like Symbian...

thanks guys Ive thought it for a bit
I think I will wait for the n9 to come out and just see whether it is worth buying it as nokia changed or just buy e7 at a lower price open the release of january..

Today however I am looking at different things, instead of it being fully open linux with many bugs , I am looking for a smooth os good browser and multitasking with vsync.
I am thinking about buying the nokia e7 , what do you guys think?
