every time i try an urar or un zip using file manager add on an also archiver i always get same error here a screen shot

I never managed to uncompress rar's using the file manager...

Why dont you download the Xarchiver from the extras devel repository?

Try reinstalling it:
apt-get install unrar --reinstall

man, just install filebox and do it from there..
