I don't know if this is reported or even if it is a bug. After updating to PR 1.3, I had the same issue, and I realized that I had almost no free space on the home partition either. Using the Storage Use utility, I've found that the searchentries file on the rss directory grew up to almost a Gigabyte (!). So I opened a terminal, and erased the searchentries file on the .osso_rss_feed_reader directory. That solved the issue, but also lost my rss list, so I've migrated now to Feeding it.

Code:
Nokia-N900:/home/user/.osso_rss_feed_reader# ls -l
drwxr-xr-x 5 user users 4096 Mar 28 2010 cache
-rw-r--r-- 1 user users 124 Nov 2 21:39 feedlist.opml
-rw-r--r-- 1 user users 124 Nov 2 21:39 feedlist_state.opml
-rw-r--r-- 1 user users 4 Nov 2 21:39 searchentries
-rw-r--r-- 1 user users 4 Nov 2 21:39 testfile
So, if you want to give it a try, erase the
/home/user/.osso_rss_feed_reader/searchentries file, restart the service, et voila.
