Ok i will try to be as clear and fast as possible.I had searched everything but i am getting really confused.

After a clean update using maemo flasher i flashed my N900 with PR 1.3 and the MMC as well.I manage to install all my apps again using the backup function and so far so good.

The problem is that i want to setup the multiboot again to boot Maemo omap1 kernel (original) and power40 in the waiting of Nitdroid 0.0.9 but after installing power40 kernel and multiboot the only option i ve got under multiboot is the power40 kernel.

So i made a new file under /etc/multiboot.d and i managed to get the option to boot Maemo-2.6.28-omap1 but the problem is that i can`t really boot into Maemo-2.6.28-omap1 finishing with an error "Can`t flash kernel, required files not found and an error code".Had tried already the buttons 0 , S and B under Multiboot but nothing happens!

So i suppose that the kernel file for omap1 are missing..?!?
With a quick look under /boot folder the only file i see is zImage-2.6.28-maemo40 and under /boot/multiboot the vmlinuz-2.6.28.10power40 and nothing more.No vmlinuz-2.6.28-omap1 file in there..!

Copying and renaming the vmlinuz-2.6.28.10power40 from /boot to /boot/multiboot/ as vmlinuz-2.6.28-omap1 will make any trick?

Someone has an idea what i have to do to get this work?!I am somehow confused!

Thanks in advance.

Ok...doesn`t matter...was so simple as hell....!!It was in front of my eyes but u know sometimes some really easy things make u too stupid to think about it...

Solution found....
1st u must be connecting to the internet

Open xterminal and type sudo gainroot
then apt-get install multiboot-kernel-maemo worked for me...!

power40 is a kernel for PR1.2. You'll need the power kernel for 1.3.

It's working for 1.3 like it did for 1.2 before.
