No surprise. Given the development history the odds were with Nokia.

And consider: Apple is the company that sued Microsoft for infringing on the concept of the GUI-- after Apple had gleefully taken from the freely-available work of Xerox Parc.

Just to be clear, this is no decision yet. It's just what the ITC's investigation staff said in their pre-trial briefing. Judge doesn't have ot follow the advice.

Still, I flicked trhough the document and it looks quite strong for Nokia. In the camera patent issue, Apple coulndn't even convince ITC that the iPhone uses the patent described technology, let alone Nokia. Apple also dropped quite many claims against voluntarily before trial.

Steve Jobs is the biggest cheater and liar ever known to mankind!! Rather I should say intelligent cheater & liar!!

EDIT: Btw, this piece of news doesn't yet appear on Engadget.com. Probably, Steve is not approving this to appear on his pet site.
